We collect credit card information at the time of online booking; however, we won’t charge it until the services are completed.
We have a strict non-refundable policy. Once services are completed, they are 100% non-refundable.
Clients cannot online book on Sunday. Call 630-40-7909 if Sunday is the only day you are available.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 20% the price of your scheduled appointment.
